Starting at age 3, we teach sports fundamentals through our sandlot style lesson plans. These lessons plans are drills disguised as fun games, kids learn key skills that are developmentally age appropriate and encourages learning based play. We also focus on character development traits, especially sportsmanship, by highlighting it as our "Word of the Day." This approach helps children develop coordination, teamwork, and respect for others, fostering a lifelong love for sports.

Our lessons and leagues all start with the basic principles not matter your skill level. Each player whether its your first time or you've done it before starts at ground zero. This gives us an opportunity to help and adjust form accordingly
Age Group
Age 4-5
We blend playfulness with basic skill development. Using simple games to introduce rules and techniques enhances coordination and teamwork. Positive reinforcement and encouragement are key to building confidence and social skills, creating a nurturing environment that instills a love for physical activity.

Increased skill development and teamwork. Introducing more structured activities, while still maintaining an element of fun, helps develop technical abilities and strategic thinking. Positive reinforcement, encouragement, and a supportive atmosphere are essential for fostering self-esteem, cooperation, and a lasting interest in sports.
Age 9-12

Emphasizing positive feedback, goal setting, and resilience This level becomes our most competitive and where we start keeping track of scores.
